Meningitis
Indications: The meningococcal vaccine provides immunity against meningitis caused by meningococcal bacteria.
Vaccination: For children aged 12 months and over, adolescents and adults, only one dose is needed.
Protection: Good protection obtained for about three years.
Side effects include:
Headache Fever Redness around injection site Pain and swelling at site of injection
